TAG & Tech Assistance Grants for Orgs
Archtober Newburgh is an annual festival of 25+ free events that celebrates the city's rich architectural heritage, connects people to resources and promotes local initiatives in the community.
Every preservation project needs funding. Technical Assistance Grants provides support for planning studies or analyses of New York State’s historic resources that serve an arts and/or cultural function. TAG funds consulting reports only, completed by architects, engineers and/or other design and preservation professionals.
These grants do not fund capital construction costs, architectural plans and specifications, schematic designs, or construction documents. All eligible NYS nonprofits and municipalities can apply. Pre-apps are due Friday, October 11, 2024. Eligible applicants have until Friday, October 18, 2024 at 4:59 p.m. to submit the full application.
